Due to the nature of hair extension products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Any security seals, ties, tags or packaging must remain intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Hair extensions are a cosmetic product and require proper maintenance.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Incorrect installation.
Excessive heat.
Improper washing or care.
Chemical processing performed after purchase.
