What type of hair do you use?

Our collections are made using carefully sourced, ethically obtained virgin human hair, selected for its quality, softness and longevity.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the hair used within our products is sourced responsibly and carefully processed to create the textures and shades available across our collections.

All of our extensions are double drawn, meaning shorter strands are carefully removed during production so the hair maintains a fuller, more consistent thickness from root to ends. Unlike single-drawn hair, which naturally becomes finer towards the bottom, double-drawn hair creates fuller-looking ends and a thicker, more polished finish throughout the length.

This allows us to offer full, natural-looking and versatile extensions, designed with quality, longevity and, most importantly, texture at the forefront.

Is your hair ethically sourced?

We are committed to working with suppliers who source hair responsibly and ethically. We understand the importance of transparency within the hair industry and strive to ensure that the hair used within our collections is obtained through ethical sourcing practices.

What does "virgin-grade" hair mean?

Virgin-grade hair refers to hair that has not been chemically processed prior to sourcing.

To create our range of colours and curl patterns, the hair may then undergo professional colouring and/or texture processing. This allows us to offer a wider variety of shades and textures while maintaining the quality and versatility of human hair.

How are your curly textures created?

Our hair is sourced using ethically obtained virgin-grade human hair before being carefully steam-processed to achieve specific curl patterns and colours.

This allows us to offer a wider range of textures and shades while maintaining the natural look and versatility of human hair.

Each curl pattern is developed to create a consistent texture throughout the bundle, helping customers achieve a more uniform and predictable result.

As with all human hair products, slight variations in colour, texture and curl pattern may occur naturally.

Can I straighten, curl or style my extensions?

Yes.

As our products are made from human hair, they can be styled using heat tools.

As with natural hair, we recommend using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to prolong the lifespan of your extensions.

How long will the hair last?

The lifespan of your extensions will vary depending on the texture, installation method, frequency of wear and aftercare routine.

We've found that on average our hair has generally lasts between 6-12 months, however with proper care and maintenance, human hair extensions can be enjoyed for an extended period of time.

Will the extensions match my curl pattern exactly?

Every person's natural hair is unique. While we offer a range of textures designed to suit different curl patterns, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed.

Do you offer different colours?

Yes.

We offer a growing range of shades across our collections.

Our goal is to continue expanding our colour range to provide more options for women with textured hair.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes.

We can source or create custom orders based on your preferred colour, texture, length or specification.

Please note that custom orders are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

How long does shipping take?

In-Stock Items

Orders placed before 3:00pm on a working day will usually be dispatched the same day.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items typically take 10–15 working days to dispatch, although many orders are fulfilled sooner.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the product specification.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes.

Next working day delivery is available on eligible in-stock items ordered before our daily dispatch cut-off time.

Please note that next day delivery does not apply to pre-order or custom-made products.

Are all orders tracked?

Yes.

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted on unused products that remain in their original condition and packaging.

Can I return a custom order?

No.

As custom orders are sourced or produced specifically for the individual customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
