Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of some of our products, we work quickly once an order is accepted — so our ability to cancel is limited.

Cancellation requests If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@themaneedit.com as soon as possible after placing it. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once production has started We are unable to cancel orders once production has begun. In some cases, we may be able to make amendments- please contact us immediately and we will advise on what is possible.

All other situations Where cancellation is not possible, our standard Returns Policy applies.
